Payment & Shipping Policy
We currently accept credit/debit cards, AfterPay, and PayPal. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days via USPS to United States locations only at this time. We will not be held responsible for packages lost by shipping entity. Tracking information will be provided for each package and purchaser will be responsible for tracking and obtaining refund for lost packages. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by purchaser. Please verify accuracy of your address entered.
We offer free local pickup on a pre-approval basis only. Please confirm with us before submitting your order for pickup.
Return & Refund Policy
It is our hope that you love our tees as much as we love YOU!
If, for whatever reason, you have an issue with your purchase, please send us an email including the details of the return request. We will review your request and will contact you within 5 business of days of receipt. Once a decision is made regarding your return, you will be contacted via e-mail and will have 10 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date your item received.
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be approved for return or exchange and received unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Your item should have documentation attached with either refund or exchange details. All exchanges will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee to cover the cost of reshipment.
Purchaser is responsible for all expenses related to returning the item to LoveOwned Designs.
If approved for a refund due to an item defect, all refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
